Выводы:

Slang is a language peculiar to a particular group: such as argot(the language used by a particular type or group of people: an often more or less secret vocabulary and idiompeculiar to a particular group) or jargon.

Terminology system – is the system of terms in the specific sphere / sub-sphere of scientific or technical knowledge that serves the scientific theory or scientific concept.

American English has tendency towards shortening, simplification and grammatical tenses shift. The main differences between British and American English refer to accent, spelling, vocabulary, grammar.

Slang is usually restricted to concrete place, time or even to particular school and studying branch. Our assumption that American English is more abundant in slang than the British one didn’t prove itself, as both variants are equally rich in slang.

Vulgarity and obscenity are typical features of slang. In consequence of using wide range of pejorative expressions, student slang might be overviewed critically mostly from members of elderly generation.

Based on our research materials, 7 peculiarities of Ukrainian, British and American English slang have been singled out. The are: 1)the same slang words have different meanings in American and British English;  2) many slang words in Ukrainian, and both English variants are formed by means of shortening of the original word; 3) English slang has equivalents among  Ukrainian ones; 4) slang words and expressions can have synonyms; 5) offensive words signifying persons, students lifestyle, studying process; 6) may have history/background pertaining to a specific educational establishment; 7) negative connotation slang is related to subjects evoking negative associations among students.
